New Visual Changes in iOS 7 beta 3 Revamped Keyboard Darker Icons and More
Apple has just seeded third beta of iOS 7.1 to developers of its iOS developer. which included both bug fixes and a number of visual changes:
The keyboard: in iOS 7 has been slightly revamped, The font is slightly more bold, new design to the delete and shift keys. The background of the keyboard also seems to be slightly lighter than in iOS 7. Overall, the keyboard changes have the effect of adding contrast and making the letters easier to see.
Accessibility: a new setting “Reduce White Point” under General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion:
Music: The Music app has new shuffle and repeat buttons that are more prominent, and iTunes Radio has a revamped "New" button.
New Power Off UI
According to a recent report, iOS 7.1 will probably not be released to the public until sometime in March.

Icons: The green color in the Phone, Messages, and FaceTime apps has been toned down and is now darker, especially at the bottom of the icons.
Wallpaper: When selecting a new wallpaper, users can now choose to turn the parallax effect on or off.
