Nightly Rom
Nightly builds are the one which are automatically built every night. This means that humans are not involved and is largely to see if the code added throughout the day will compile. As to our concern, nightly builds are good and they don�t have any bad background as they don�t accept any bugs reports. Many people use nightly as their daily driver that means no bugs that may have occurred in their daily life as they want to switch to a another build. However you don�t have to flash every nightly build. You can do it as you see it is suitable to you needs. Nightlies have been the most unstable builds of CyanogenMod, but many bugs where dependent on the devices.
Typically, there are few bugs, as they still test the ROMs, but you will probably encounter (a few) more bugs than in a stable build. Usually generated every 24 hours, experimental, newest features, unstable. EXPERIMENTAL Rom
Experimental build is a part of the Milestone Release (M build). This release is the one which are tested a bit before release. It is the first release that CM allows to be used for official bug reports. Experimental roms in simple words is the testing version requested by device maintainers to evaluate specific changes.

Nokia Bubbles Experimental project is terminated
When a project comes up with the status of the experimental site from Nokia Beta Labs, this is a test concept. Thus, the application can have a happy ending and end up as a business solution, as was the case of Nokia Screen Sleeping or be canceled if it is identified a serious flaw. Nokia Bubbles outcome was to the latter. The information was published today on the blog from Nokia Beta Labs.
The application from the beginning showed a very innovative, presented a series of problems related to memory consumption and incompatibility with some versions of QT.
Such problems were not a solution and thus Nokia has decided to suspend the project. In practice the results obtained from this project can and may be used in a future solution that will replace the Nokia Bubbles.
If you have the application and are not having any problem with the behavior of your device, I suggest leaving as is. Now in case youre any kind of abnormal behavior and instabilities, travementos, resets, and so memory is full. It is better to remove the bubbles, since it can be the cause of their problems.
